I imagine you have some questions, so I’ve put together some of the ones I hear most often. If something isn’t covered here, feel free to contact me using the button below.

A Virtual Assistant is basically a remote working PA / Secretary. Instead of having to hire a full time employee, you can work with a VA online to take care of your business needs, and only pay for the hours worked.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed with tasks that take up your valuable time and distract you from focusing on your core business activities, you likely need a VA. Common signs you might be:

  • Spending too much time on repetitive tasks.
  • Lacking time for important business growth activities.
  • Struggling to keep up with administrative tasks.

A VA can handle time-consuming tasks, giving you more time to focus on strategic business growth. Whether it’s managing emails, updating your website, or handling customer service, delegating tasks allows you to scale your business efficiently.

Getting started is really easy! Simply reach out to me via my contact page or send me an email. We’ll discuss your needs, and I’ll create a customised plan to help you delegate tasks and free up your time.

We can communicate through email and video chats. We can set up ongoing video calls to ensure everything is running smoothly.

No, you don’t need to provide training. I bring my expertise and 20+ years’ experience to handle tasks on your behalf. If you have a specific program you’d like me to learn, I’m happy to undergo training (however, this will be chargeable).

I offer both short-term and long-term support. Whether you need help with a one-off project or ongoing assistance, I can create a solution that works for you.

My working hours are 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once we discuss your specific requirements, I’ll provide a clear schedule to ensure timely delivery of services.

Yes, I offer both business and personal assistance – scheduling personal appointments, managing travel arrangements, handling ‘life admin’ tasks.

If your needs change and you require additional hours, simply let me know! I offer flexible packages, and we can adjust the hours as necessary.

I’m afraid a Virtual Assistant isn’t for you if you need someone in your office. You should consider hiring an on-site employee.

By hiring a VA, you’re actually saving lot of money! You can cut out other costs, such as HR, equipment, insurance, holiday pay, pensions…(to name just a few)!
